You wake up on the shores of a beach that you dont recognise. Its nighttime and the sky is starry and clear, theres even an aurora in the sky. You look behind you and the waters are bioluminescent, and there seems to be a large and colorful coral reef. A jungle full of various tropical flowers and crystal clear water awaits ahead, and there seems to be a city off in the distance.

A Strange creature that looks like a bat mixed with several different sea creatures approachs you, and offers their paw to you. "Welcome to the Island!"

ok real answer: Im very tired and bored of the bland and souless corperate internet. So when I discovered neocities; I fell in love instantly!

I've tried making sites before this one in the form of wixsites and carrds but those just didnt work. now that i've got my own personal computer (and not just a shitty school chromebook) i learned html and im loving it! i highly suggest to make your own website if you are able to, its a good skill!

in the age of fuckass NFTS, censorship, ai, and other bullshit across the internet: its important that we still have spaces of untethered self-expression and creativity! Make a website! It's Fun! To hell with twitter! To hell with censorship! To hell with coperations! To hell with web3!

fish moon is my oc story and worldbuilding project and my #1 special interest ever!! its about weird animals who take the form of what their soul desires (typically some kind of anthro animal, plant/fungi, or even object) called demi-min! and they live on a magical tropical archipelago thats always nighttime called noxturnia! if you like tropical/oceany aesthetics and absurd worldbuilding then you'll probably like it!! it also happens to be a WIP webcomic that you can read right now on comicfury!
