you wake up on a strange beach, the time is nighttime: the full moon glows brightly in the sky along with colorful stars in the sky. the blue waves crash gently on the shore, as you can see a large coral reef. beyond the beach, the water seems to lead into a lush, tropical jungle along with a small city. a strange, bat-like aquatic creature offers you their paw, and then, they speak:

"welcome to axol's island!"

Because i can lmao, but really: im very tired and bored of bland corperate internet and the second i learned about neocities back in 2021 i fell in love instantly! i've tried making sites before in the form of wixsites and carrds but those just didnt work. now that i've got my own personal computer (and not just a shitty school chromebook) i learned html and im loving it! i highly suggest to make your own website if you are able to, its a good skill!
